2 (29 ounce.) cans peaches 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Dash of salt

2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/8 teaspoon almond extract Pastry for 9-inch pie

1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 c. syrup. Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt. Add in 1/3 c. syrup. Cook and stir till thickened. Add in next 4 ingredients, then peaches. Fill pie shell; add in top crust and seal. Bake 40-45 min. If desired peach pie, you'll love this!!
