Рецепт Luscious Fruit Flan

Ингредиенты

2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 pkg. (3 ounce. each) cream cheese softened 1 c. sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla 2 c. chilled whipping cream 2 c. miniature marshmallows 4 c. mixed fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, etc.)

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Add butter till crumbly. Press mix in ungreased square pan (9 x 9 x 2). Bake till light brown (approximately 15 min). Cold.
2. Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat cream till stiff. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into cheese mix. Spread over crust. Chill 8 hrs. Cut into squares and top with fruit. 9 servings. Keep refrigerated.
