- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour, or possibly sufficient to thicken
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. buttermilk

- Mix molasses, Large eggs, and oil, then sift dry ingredients into mix, add in buttermilk and mix. Make about 5-6 thin layers. Spread each layer with apple butter.
