1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 Large eggs, separated

1 c. coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon vinegar

Инструкции

1. Cream butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla, vinegar, beaten egg yolks and coconut. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. (Beat till they stand in peaks.) Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 45 min at 275 degrees.
