Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. Lumpia skins, separated
  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 c. minced carrots
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1 can water chestnuts, minced
  • 1 cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. In a skillet, brown beef, drain, set aside. Heat veg. oil. Add in garlic, brown lightly. Add in minced onion, stir 2 min. Add in minced carrots, stir 5 min. Add in water, celery and water chestnuts. Mix all together for 10 min. Add in beef, soy sauce, and cabbage. Mix and cook for 7 min. Add in pepper. Stir for 1 minute. Drain liquid and cold for 2 hrs. Mix with Large eggs. Roll in lumpia skins. Seal edges of skin by brushing water on edge of skin. Deep fry 3-4 at a time and serve warm with catsup or possibly sweet and sour sauce. Makes 24.
