Ингредиенты

2 c. bisquick 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese 1 c. sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla 2 c. Cold Whip 2 c. miniature marshmallows 4 c. mixed fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, raspberries or possibly blueberries)

Инструкции

1. Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp. sugar together, cut in butter; press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake till browned. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 min; cold.
2. Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Fold Cold Whip and marshmallows into cheese mix. Spread over cooled crust; chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight before serving. Top with fresh fruit before serving.
