  • 12 sm New potatoes
  • 4 lrg Sweet onions
  • 1 lb Smoked turkey sausage
  • 5 lb Unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 pkt (3-oz) liquid shrimp-and-crab boil seasoning
  • 3 x Garlic cloves
  • 5 x Lemons, halved
  • 1 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 12 sm Frzn ears corn Cocktail Sauce Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 bot (12-oz) cocktail sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

  1. Timesaver: Guests peel the shrimp; be sure to provide plenty of extra napkins. Squeeze more juice from 1 lemon by microwaving at HIGH 30 seconds.
  2. Cocktail Sauce: Stir together all ingredients, and chill.
  3. Makes 1-1/4 c..
  4. Peel potatoes, if you like. Cut onions into wedges, and slice sausage. Peel shrimp, and devein, if you like. Bring 7 qts water to a boil in a large pot. Add in potato, onion, sausage, and salt. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min. Stir in seasoning and next 3 ingredients; cook 10 more min.
  5. Add in corn, and simmer 5 min. Add in shrimp, and cook just till shrimp turn pink. Drain and serve with Cocktail Sauce. Garnish, if you like.
