Ингредиенты

  • 3 ounce nonfat cream cheese at room temp
  • 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar to 6 tbsp
  • 1/4 c. silken tofu

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree till smooth. This will take 2 - 3 min. Correct sweetness. Cover and chill.
  2. Note: I usedextra hard tofu because which is what I had. The author says this makes a great frosting for cakes.
  3. Molasses "whipped cream"
  4. Reduce the sugar by 1 tbsp and add in 1 - 2 tbsp molasses.
  5. Lemon "whipped cream"
  6. Increase the sugar by 1 tbsp, reduce the lowfat sour cream by 1 tbsp and add in 1 tbsp lemon juice and tsp grated lemon zest.
