  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 8 pkt Equal sweetener, 16 tsp.
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Lightly grease or possibly spray 9" pie pan with PAM. Mix all ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or possibly beat 2 min. Pour into pie pan and bake 50 min or possibly till center is puffed up.
