Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb crab -- flaked
  • 8 ounce non-fat cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c. lowfat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add in first 8 ingredients.
  2. Process till smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl once. Spoon mix into a bowl; stir in Cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or possibly breadsticks.
  3. Makes 3-1/2 c. (serving size: 1 Tbsp.).
  4. Yield:"3 - 1/2 c."
