Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 4 ounce Pear baby food
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Raisins, optional Minced nuts, optional

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients (Water throuth Yeast), in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer. Set on dough cycle.
  2. When cycle is complete, remove dough from pan to a lightly floured surface. If neccesary add in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle. Let rise 15 min.
  3. Roll dough into 14 by 10 in rectangle. For filling brush honey on dough; proportionately sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnimon raisins and nuts.
  4. Beginning at long end, roll up tightly, healthy pinch ends to seal. Cut into 8 equal pcs. place cut side up on greased 9 inch round cake pan or possibly 11 by 7 inch baking pan.
  5. Cover and let rise till doubled in size, 30-45 min.
  6. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min or possibly till done. Remove from pan and cold on rack. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. (See Recipe).
