- In a blender blend the Jello and warm water till dissolved. Add in cottage cheese and blend. Then add in skim lowfat milk, vanilla and salt. Blend till there are no lumps.
- Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and chill about 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Four pcs (one quarter of the mix) that is equal to 1 protein and 1/16 c. of lowfat milk.
- Serve as a salad for lunch or possibly dinner.
