4 Tbsp. sugar 4 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp. paprika 2 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 tsp chili pwdr

1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1 pch dry oregano 1 pch dry thyme 2 x rib eye steak

1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-warm.
2. Mix all of the ingredients except the steaks together till well-blended. Sprinkle the rub on the steaks and barbecue till done, about 5 min each side for medium.
