Lorraine's Baked Butternut Squash

Ингредиенты

  • 2 butternut squash
  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 to 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a casserole (9 x 11). Pare squash, remove seeds (throw away seeds). Cut squash into chunks and boil till tender; drain. Mash. Add in butter, salt and pepper and brown sugar. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Put mix in buttered casserole. Dot with butter mixed with a little cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min to one hour. Enjoy!
