- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs one at a time till fluffy. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt. Stir into butter mix till thoroughly mixed. Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
- Divide dough into 3 parts. Shape part into roll 1 1/2 inch diameter. Place on cookie sheet and flatten top slightly. Bake for 20 min. Remove from oven and cut into 3/4 inch slices. Return to oven, cut sides up and brown another 10-15 min. Cold on wire rack. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 60 cookies.
