Рецепт Longan Lemon Lime Drink
The weather here is really very hot and the haze started to come back too. No rain for more than a month and my garden is turning brown! The grass look burnt and some of my favourite plants also died even though I watered them twice a day. I would rather stay at home than go out in the scorching hot sun which is just like an overheated oven! This heat really tires me out and I don't feel like doing any baking or cooking. OK, enough of my complaints and back to this post. I made this cooling drink last weekend to beat the heat. No specified ingredients, as I only had some dried longan, attap seeds, lemons and limes at hand. You can add sea coconut or barley too or whatever you think is suitable.
Longan Lemon Lime Drink
Ingredients:
- 120-150g Dried longan
- 250g Attap seed in syrup (palm seed)
- 220g Sugar
- 50g Lemon juice or add to taste
- 50g Lime juice or add to taste
- 2 litre Water
Method:
Add water,dried longan and sugar together in a pot, bring to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Turn off heat and add in attap seeds in syrup, lemon juice and lime juice, stir well.
Leave to cool and chill before serving.
**omit the juices if you prefer sweet and serve warm.
120-150克 龙眼干
250克 亚答子 (带有一点糖浆)
220克 白糖
50克 柠檬汁 (适量)
50克 酸酐汁 (适量)
2公升 请水
将请水,龙眼干和唐一起煮滚后,以小火焖煮20分钟后熄火。
