%20when%20I%20got%20to%20work.%20%20%3C%E2%80%93%20the%20only%20food%20item%20that%20escaped%20my%20camera%20this%20week%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBreakfast%20at%20my%20desk.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECoffee,%20a%20peanut%20butter%20&%20strawberry%20KIND%20bar,%20and%20a%20red%20pear%20that%20I%20gave%20up%20on%20after%20two%20bites%20because%20it%20was%20just%20too%20drippy%20with%20juice%20to%20manage%20at%20my%20desk.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESmoothie%20time.%20%20Frozen%20raspberries,%20unsweetened%20vanilla%20almond%20milk,%20and%20a%20big%20scoop%20of%20Cacao%20Bliss.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20coconut%20butter%20froze%20into%20delicious%20little%20balls%20embedded%20throughout%20the%20smoothie.%20%20Kind%20of%20like%20the%20old%20Orbitz%20drinks!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20malted%20coffee.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20stirred%20a%20scoop%20of%20malt%20powder%20into%20chocolate%20milk%20before%20mixing%20it%20into%20my%20cold%20brewed%20coffee.%20%20This%20was%20the%20smartest%20thing%20I%E2%80%99ve%20ever%20done.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elunches%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20winning%20yogurt%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlain%20Greek%20yogurt%20with%202%20Tbsp%20of%20Meyer%20lemon%20curd%20and%201/2%20a%20pint%20of%20fresh%20blueberries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECafeteria%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGreens%20topped%20with%20balsamic%20dressing,%20pickled%20veggies,%20tons%20of%20pickles,%20and%20big%20scoop%20of%20chicken%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVita%20Coco%20coconut%20water%20latte%20plus%20homemade%20%E2%80%9Cinstant%E2%80%9D%20oats.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20rolled%20oats,%20freeze-dried%20strawberries,%20cinnamon%20maple%20sugar,%20and%20a%20Tbsp%20of%20malted%20milk%20powder%20that%20I%20covered%20with%20hot%20water%20from%20the%20cafeteria.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThursday%20was%20insanely%20busy%20and%20my%20lunch%20plans%20went%20out%20the%20window.%20%20When%20I%20finished%20my%20final%20gestational%20diabetes%20education%20I%20did%20eat%20cereal%20at%20my%20desk%20at%203pm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThat%20Special%20K%20was%20pretty%20good.%20%20And%20now%20I%20have%20my%20packed%20lunch%20ready%20and%20waiting%20for%20me%20tomorrow.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThat%20yogurt%20bowl%20is%20going%20to%20be%20goo-ood.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esnacks%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20week%20I%20bitched%20about%20my%20insane%20afternoon%20hunger%20so%20this%20week%20I%20leaned%20into%20the%20problem%20and%20packed%20smaller%20lunches%20to%20accommodate%20many%20(many,%20many)%20snacks%20when%20I%20got%20home.%20%20Though%20these%20jelly%20beans%20were%20actually%20eaten%20at%20work.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%202nd%20half%20of%20a%20package%20of%20TJ%E2%80%99s%20Inner%20Peas.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECinnamon%20pita%20chips%20with%20TJ%E2%80%99s%20honey%20goat%E2%80%99s%20milk%20gouda.%20%20%3C%E2%80%93%20ridiculous%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJustin%E2%80%99s%20Chocolate%20Hazelnut%20Butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELemon%20pie%20milkshake,%20aka%20my%20best%20idea%20ever%20(rivaled%20only%20by%20the%20malted%20coffee!).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20blended%20vanilla%20bean%20ice%20cream,%20unsweetened%20vanilla%20almond%20milk,%20Meyer%20lemon%20curd,%20and%20Cascadian%20Farm%20Graham%20Crunch%20cereal%20and%20it%20was%20flipping%20fantastic.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edinners%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20frozen%20entr%C3%A9e%20of%20white%20fish%20with%20zucchini%20and%20pesto%20was%20quite%20lovely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20fish%20didn%E2%80%99t%20do%20much%20for%20me,%20but%20the%20squash/sauce%20bites%20were%20delish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus,%20how%20great%20is%20this%20ingredient%20list?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%202nd%20half%20of%20that%20dinner%20had%20a%20decidedly%20less%20short%20ingredient%20list.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20my%20Lean%20Cuisine%20stuffed%20pretzels%20were%20tasty%20nonetheless.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMore%20homemade%20Pad%20Thai.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20time%20with%20shiitake%20mushroom,%20broccoli%20and%20tofu.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20tofu%20was%20Nasoya%20Sprouted%20Tofu%20Plus%20that%20I%20topped%20with%20a%20mixture%20of%20Sriracha,%20smoked%20brown%20sugar,%20and%20rice%20vinegar%20before%20baking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGardein%20Mandarin%20Crispy%20Chick%E2%80%99n%20that%20we%20bulked%20up%20with%20roasted%20broccoli.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus%20frozen%20kale%20cooked%20with%20peanut%20sauce%20and%20crushed%20peanuts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20together%20this%20was%20nice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdding%20vegetables%20to%20frozen%20meals%20is%20a%20good%20compromise%20between%20my%20desire%20to%20eat%20a%20healthy%20dinner%20and%20my%20desire%20to%20come%20home%20and%20sit%20on%20the%20couch%20without%20pants.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20hate%20to%20end%20this%20post%20on%20a%20blah%20note,%20but%20Adam%20worked%20Thursday%20night%20and%20my%20single%20lady%20dinner%20was%20pretty%20lame.%20%20The%20last%20serving%20of%20broccoli%20and%20chick%E2%80%99n,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20popcorn,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20this%20embarrassing%20little%20bowl%20of%20melted%20coconut%20oil%20with%20Dutch%20cocoa%20powder%20and%20sugar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMom,%20Adam%20has%20leftover%20Pad%20Thai%20so%20I%20did%20not%20leave%20him%20stranded%20for%20%E2%80%9Cdinner%E2%80%9D%20when%20he%20gets%20home%20in%20the%20morning!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWere%20you%20a%20fan%20of%20the%20Orbitz%20soda?%20%20I%20would%20totally%20buy%20it%20now%20if%20it%20was%20still%20available.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
