  • 15 (about 100g) long beans - cut into 1 inch length
  • 10 medium size prawns - devein and leave the tail on
  • 6 garlic - crushed
  • 1 tsp saffron strands/turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt for taste

  1. When oil is heated, splatter garlic for 1-2 mins.
  2. Add every other ingredient and cook till the beans are softened.
  3. Remove from heat
