Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce Bacon, diced
  • 2 lrg Onions, diced
  • 6 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Stone grnd mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dill weed
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil

Инструкции

  1. In a saute/fry pan saute/fry the bacon till brown, add in the onions and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Drain and set aside mix the next 8 ingredients and mix well. Slowly add in the oil and blend well. Add in the bacon and onions. If to thick thin the dressing with vinegar Adjust seasonings and serve within 30 min. Does not store well.
