Top round steak, cut for London Broil Soy sauce 1/2 c. red wine

2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 c. oil 2 teaspoon and grnd ginger

1. In flat Pyrex glass pan, put 1/2 inch soy sauce, wine, garlic, oil and grnd ginger. Let meat sit in juice for at least 4 hrs. Barbecue till done.
