1 first cut top round steak, cut 1 1/2" thick 1 c. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 clove chopped garlic

Инструкции

1. Combine marinade ingredients and meat in shallow glass or possibly aluminum baking pan for 3 to 4 hrs. Remove and pat dry. Broil approximately 15 min each side for medium well. Add in salt and pepper to both sides while broiling. Serve London Broil sliced thin, cut on an angle. Serves 4 to 5.
