Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound tenderloin or possibly chicken cut in sm. pcs, 2x1/2" wide strips
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled & cut
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parsley, minced
  • 1 red or possibly green pepper, cut in strips (sweet)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Warm French fried potatoes

Инструкции

  1. Brown meat in fat. Then add in onions, tomatoes, red or possibly green pepper and parsley. Cook till meat is tender. Just before serving, toss in the equivalent of warm French fried potatoes. Serve. Usually served with a mound of white rice.
  2. Note: Add in a little liquid when cooking if it seems dry; it should come out slightly juice.
