- Drain Loganberries, reserving juice. Add in sufficient water to juice to measure 2/3 c.. In saucepan, combine sugar and gelatin; add in reserved liquid. Heat and stir till gelatin and sugar dissolve. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in yogurt and lowfat sour cream; mix well. Stir in Loganberries. Pour into crust.
- refrigeratetill set, about 4 hrs. Garnish with whipped topping as desired.
