Ингредиенты

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. white wine 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon dry dill 1 1/2 c. cooked lobster, finely minced (canned or possibly fresh)

Инструкции

1. Soften cheese. Beat in wine till smooth and creamy. Blend onion, salt and dill. Stir in lobster - cover and chill several hrs. (To serve as dip, add in wine and lowfat sour cream.)
