Ингредиенты

  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. plain gelatin
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 3/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce

Инструкции

  1. Mash the cheese in the soup and heat in a double boiler till very warm. Soak the gelatin for 5 min in the water and add in to the soup mix. When slightly thickened, add in vegetables, lobster, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Serve with crackers.
