Ингредиенты

1/3 c. butter 2 (5 ounce.) cans lobster meat or possibly Langostinos 1/4 c. cooking sherry 2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tbsp. flour 4 egg yolks 2 c. light cream

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in dish, blend in flour, slowly add in cream, cook slowly, always stirring till thick. Put small amount of sauce into beaten yolks, return to warm mix and cook till blended, do not overcook. Add in meat, sherry, lemon juice and salt. Serve in pastry shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
