1/2 c. Fresh or possibly canned lobster meat
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr

1 tsp Sherry wine
1/8 tsp Dry mustard

Инструкции

Saute/fry the lobster in the melted butter. Add in the seasonings and the wine.
When very warm serve on small bread croustades or possibly packaged appetizer shells.
