  • 6 ounce. skimmed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana, sliced frzn
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sprinkle Sweet or possibly sweetener

Инструкции

  1. Put lowfat milk in blender. Add in vanilla and frzn banana, a little at a time. If a thicker shake is desired, add in ice cubes till desired thickness.
