Ингредиенты

1 pound chicken liver 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 teaspoon lemon 1 c. water

1 teaspoon grated onion 1/4 c. melted butter 2 hard-boiled Large eggs, minced

Инструкции

1. Cook chicken livers with water covered, bring to boil and pour off water, add in soup to 1 c. water. Cook till water is absorbed, mash liver and add in the rest of the ingredients, chill.
