- 1 slice liver
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place ingredients in blender. Add in sufficient flour to make dumplings stiff sufficient to hold shape when dropped into boiling soup stock. Drop from spoon into soup and cook about 15 min.
