  • 1/2 pound sliced beef or possibly pork liver
  • About 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. fat or possibly oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, if you like
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. water

Инструкции

  1. Dip liver in flour. Heat fat or possibly oil in a fry pan. Cook liver in the pan over medium heat till browned on one side. Turn liver and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put onion on liver; add in water. Cover pan tightly and cook over low heat about 20 min till liver is tender. Makes 2 servings.
