Ингредиенты

  • 6 - 8 pcs calf liver, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 - 3 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. warm water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour

Инструкции

  1. Wash liver. Salt and pepper to taste, then cover with flour. Fry bacon pcs; remove from grease. Fry liver in bacon grease till brown only. Place in casserole dish and cover with sliced onions. Top with crumbled bacon. Add in the warm water. Cook, covered, for 30 min at 350 degrees. Uncover and cook another 10 min.
