Ингредиенты

  • 12 x littleneck clams
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp minced basil
  • 1/8 tsp oregano Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 tsp minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Rinse clams, drain and set aside. In a saute/fry pan, heat the oil. Add in the garlic and lightly toss till golden. Add in the littleneck clams, cover and steam till the clams open. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer 3 to 4 min.
  2. Serve over medium-size cooked linguini, cooked al dente.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
