- Prepare linguine according to the package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat butter and add in green onions and white wine. Cook till liquid is reduced, but don't brown, about 3 min.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat steam spinach in a small amount of salted water till wilted; remove and drain. Add in to butter mix.
- Stir in pasta, tomato, mushroom, basil and shrimp. Toss till well mixed and cook till shrimp is pink, 3 to 5 min. Serve immediately to prevent the shrimp from getting tough.
