  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. firmly packed fresh mint
  • 3 c. fresh lime juice (about 18 limes)

Инструкции

  1. In a small saucepan combine the sugar and 1 c. water, bring the mix to a boil, stirring till the sugar is dissolved, and remove the pan from the heat. Let the syrup cold. In a blender puree the mint with the syrup, stir in the lime juice, and in a bowl refrigeratethe mix, covered, for 1 hour, or possibly till it is cool. Freeze the mix in an ice-cream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Makes about 1 qt.
