2 sm Packages lime jello
2 c. Boiling water
2 Tbsp. Grated cucumber
2 Tbsp. Grated carrots

2 Tbsp. Grated green pepper Onion juice , about 1/2 tsp
2 c. Cottage cheese, liquid removed well
1 c. Whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. Mayonnaise Salt to taste

Инструкции

Dissolve jello in the 2 c. of boiling water. Let cold, then add in remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator to set. Serve each serving with a dab of mayonnaise either on top or possibly off to the side.
