Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 carton cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 T horseradish
  • 1 c. finely minced nuts

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve Jello in hot water, let stand till syrupy. Add in pineapple. Blend cheese and mayonnaise till smooth and add in to Jello mix. Add in all remaining ingredients and stir till mix starts to congeal. Place in refrigerator overnight. Serves 12-16.
