Lime Cilantro Salsa

Brought fresh from the garden to the chopping board makes this recipe fabulous. I prefer a whole-grain cracker to a chip.

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 minced small cloves garlic
  • 3 chopped large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeds removed
  • 2 finely chopped Jalapeno peppers
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt and pepper
