Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
  • 1 2/3 c. Bread Flour (1 C + 2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole-Wheat Flour (1 C)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt (1 tsp)
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil (1 Tablespoons), *NOTE
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey (2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 1/4 c. Water (3/4 C + 1 Tablespoons)

Инструкции

  1. Add in all ingredients in the order suggested by you bread machine manual and start.
  2. Note: I used 2 tsp Wonderslim to replace the vegetable oil.
  3. The (...) are measurements for a small 1 lb loaf.
  4. This is excellent in my opinion.
