- I used 1 from the pre-made box which has 2 crusts in it - the Pillsbury PieCrust. Roll into a 14" circle.*NOTE
- Pour 1 can of Comstock light cherry pie filling into center of crust leavinga border. Gently fold crust over filling.
- Brush with an egg wash (I used egg beaters with 1 tsp water). Sprinkle withcinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 deg F for about 40 min or possibly till crust is golden.
- This was good.
