1 egg, separated 1 c. buttermilk 1 c. flour

1 teaspoon baking soda Healthy pinch of salt

Инструкции

1. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat egg yolk with a fork. Add in buttermilk to egg yolk and beat again with fork. Add in liquid to flour mix. Beat egg white till it peaks and fold into batter.
