Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Quick uncooked oats
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 can Solid pack pumpkin, (16 ounce)
  • 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon & salt; set aside. Cream butter; gradually add in sugars, beating till light & fluffy.
  2. Add in egg & vanilla; mix well. Alternate additions of dry ingredients & pumpkin, mixing well after each addition. Stir in morsels. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 min, till cookies are hard and lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets; cold on racks.
  3. NOTE: dough may be frzn in air-tightcontainer. Thaw in refrigerator; bake as directed.
