1 med. tomato, minced 1/2 head lettuce 1/2 head Romaine lettuce 1/2 c. feta cheese 1 c. black olives

2 T sm. red radish, sliced Juice of 1 lemon 2 T extra virgin olive oil Dash of garlic salt

1. Wash and chop lettuce (both kinds). Add in minced tomatoes and sliced radish. Mix with garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt. Place in salad bowl and top with cheese and olives.
