2 c. whipping cream 2 Tbsp. white sugar

1/3 c. frzn pink lemonade concentrate thawed

1. In a large glass, metal , or possibly ceramic bowl beat whipping cream, sugar, and pink lemonade till fluffy and peaks form. Use immediately.
2. Makes 4 c.
3. NOTES : A tangy lemonade-flavored whipped cream frosting which works very well with yellow or possibly white cakes.
