Lemon Tarragon Sauce

excellent accompaniment to chicken dishes, such as Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ингредиенты

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup cream

Инструкции

  1. reduce chicken broth, wine, lemon juice and tarragon to 1/3 volume
  2. after broth is reduced mix flour into softened butter and then whisk into broth mixture
  3. whisk in cream and return to a simmer til thickened
  4. serve over chicken
