Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • Lemon Glaze

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir well. Add in oil, Large eggs, flavoring and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Spread glaze over top while warm. Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
