- In a saucepan, mix water with sugar and cook for about 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Then add the lemon juice and yogurt and mix thoroughly. Leave to cool. Then pour into a metal container and place in freezer. After three hours sorbet thoroughly premix hand blender. Put it in the freezer and repeat the mixing hour. Then let the sorbet harden completely.
