Lemon Soda Cracker Dessert

Ингредиенты

40 soda crackers
4 egg whites
1 can lemon pie filling

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
Whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip

Инструкции

Roll crackers fine and add in melted butter. Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in sugar gradually. Spread on crumb crust. Bake 15 min at 400 degrees. Cool.Spread pie filling on top. Spread Cool Whip over pie filling. Refrigerate and keep refrigerated.
