Ингредиенты

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice (more if tartness is desired)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Инструкции

  1. Cook all ingredients together in a double boiler till thick. Cool. Fill meringue with lemon filling and store in refrigerator till ready to use. Decorate with whipped cream.
