Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Cream cheese (8 ounce.)
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Jello lemon instant pudding
  • 1 x Graham cracker crust (8")

Инструкции

  1. Stir cream cheese till very soft, blend in 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Add in remaining lowfat milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly till well mixed (1 minute). Don't overbeat. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top. Refrigerate1 hour.
  2. CRUMB PIE SHELL: 1 1/2 c. fine crumbs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 melted butter.
  3. Mix together, pat into shell and refrigerateor possibly bake for 8 min at 375 degrees.
  4. Note to kids: This was your grandfather's favorite.
